Having rapidly removed the ornaments from mum's flat, we were down to the large items bedroom furniture, 3 piece suite and a dilemma of time as going back South. Called A1 at 9.15am they arrived as promised at 10.30 and the flat was cleared by 12.00.

The two guys were extremely pleasant, courteous, sensitive to the situation and even took away items to the local charity shop on the way back to base.

When I needed to clear the last of my late aunts property A1 did a better job than I could have hoped for. We'd arranged to meet at the property at 11am as I have a 2 hour drive and when I arrived at 10:55 the team were already on site with 3 large vans and a mountain of boxes ready at the front door waiting to gain access. The 5 guys in the team were very polite, friendly and extremely efficient despite the house being "like a tardis" as 2 of them said to me! They were very helpful and professional to the point of even sweeping the garage after they'd finished loading all 3 vans. It was a very strange feeling watching someone's home being dismantled but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend A1 to anyone in the same situation. Thank you to all involved

I needed to clear my Mum's house and our estate agents recommended A1 Clearances in Mold. Steve came out and was amazing at assessing the house contents and was so flexible on clearance dates. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Steve and the boys for their help during such a hard time when we had to clear my grandads flat. A1 Clearances was recommended to myself by the Solicitor assisting with my late Fathers estate. I had a 4 bedroom house to totally clear. I contacted Steve to "brief" him on what was required. Steve was Kind, considerate & extremely professional when I met with him at the property. He provided a comprehensive overview of - "How, What, When" the project would be achieved. On the day Steve's "Team" arrived absolutely on time - 6:45am to begin the clearance - They were dressed professionally which is important & from the outset the guys worked methodically & tidily throughout the entire property, including loft, garage & garden to remove all articles, at all times being respectful & polite. The clearance was completed amazingly quickly - by 11:45am, the guys never stopped working !! They cleaned the property & checked that I was satisfied with everything before they departed.
